mosses coordinator

Mosses Evaristo, the Program Coordinator, brings extensive experience in nursing education and leadership. As the President of the Mobile Facilitation Team (MOFATE) and a Nurse Tutor at St. Joseph’s Mission Hospital Peramiho, he is committed to fostering research skills and professional growth among nurses. His leadership ensures the smooth execution of this training program.

MAKOTA ADVISOR

Evaristus Makota serves as the Program Technical Advisor. As the Head of the Training and Research Unit at Njombe Regional Referral Hospital, he provides expert guidance in structuring the training curriculum, ensuring that it aligns with current research methodologies and best practices in nursing science.

jOSHUA MODERATOR

Joshua Duma, a Cardiovascular Nurse Specialist at Bugando Medical Centre, will moderate the training sessions. His expertise in cardiovascular nursing and research will be instrumental in guiding discussions and ensuring an interactive learning environment.

LILIAN FACILITATOR

Prof. Lilian Mselle, a distinguished faculty member at Muhimbili University of Health and Allied Sciences (MUHAS), joins as a Program Facilitator. With a strong background in nursing research, she will provide valuable insights into evidence-based practices and research methodologies.

Tumbwene

Prof. Tumbwene Mwansisya, a Program Facilitator from Aga Khan University in Dar es Salaam, brings a wealth of experience in research and academia. His contributions will enrich participants’ understanding of advanced research techniques and applications in nursing.

KIJA MALALE

Dr. Kija Malale, a Program Facilitator from the Catholic University of Health and Allied Sciences (CUHAS), is a dedicated researcher and educator. He will provide key knowledge on research ethics, data analysis, and academic writing, essential for conducting high-quality nursing research.

Dr. Walter Millanzi, the Head of the Department of Nursing Management and Education at the University of Dodoma, also serves as a Program Facilitator. His expertise in nursing education and leadership will support participants in applying research findings to improve healthcare practices.

Ms. Faith Sila, a Critical Care Nurse Specialist and Clinical Governance and Nurse Education Manager at Moi Teaching & Referral Hospital in Kenya, will facilitate sessions on research in critical care and clinical governance. Her insights will help nurses integrate research into clinical decision-making and patient care.

ZAINAB

Ms. Zainab K. Manji, a Critical Care Nurse, Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP), Registered Nurse (RN), and Assistant Lecturer at the School of Nursing, MUHAS, will contribute as a Program Facilitator. Her expertise in critical care and nursing education will provide participants with practical and theoretical knowledge in conducting research in specialized nursing fields.

Ms. Faraja Kilewa, a Midwife Officer from Sokoine Regional Referral Hospital, will serve as a Session Moderator. With her expertise in maternal and child health, she will ensure productive discussions and facilitate knowledge exchange in research training sessions.
