CONCLUSION

✅ Nursing research is a fundamental component in advancing the nursing profession and ensuring that patient care is grounded in the best available evidence. The Mobile Facilitation Team (MOFATE) has developed a comprehensive module on Nursing Research and its Role in Evidence-Based Practice (EBP) to equip nurses with the necessary skills and knowledge to engage in meaningful research activities and apply research findings to clinical practice. This module emphasizes the integration of scientific inquiry with clinical expertise and patient values, aiming to enhance the quality and safety of healthcare delivery.

✅ Furthermore, the MOFATE module addresses the barriers to implementing EBP in clinical settings, such as resistance to change, lack of resources, and limited access to research findings. It offers practical strategies for overcoming these challenges and promoting a culture of inquiry and innovation within healthcare teams. The module also encourages collaboration among healthcare professionals, researchers, and policymakers to support the widespread adoption of EBP.

✅ By enhancing their research competencies and fostering an evidence-based approach to care, this module contributes to the overall improvement of healthcare quality and patient outcomes.

Best regards!
